While psychotherapy focuses on helping someone find out why they feel or behave a certain way, coaching focuses on guiding someone step by step towards a specific goal, often using the person’s potential. It is a more direct and structured process where we create and execute an action plan to achieve the chosen goal or goals.
The coaching process consists of multiple meetings concerning a selected thematic area and can be divided into several stages. The first stage focuses on analyzing the client’s needs and working on formulating the goal, along with setting the time frame for achieving those goal(s). The second step is to check the client’s existing behaviors when dealing with problematic issues and identify which ones help you get closer to the goal and which slow down these intentions. Then we focus on developing and practicing new behaviors. The last stage is the summary of the goal/goals and the completion of the process.
We set the number and frequency of sessions according to individual needs. Usually, 2-3 sessions a month are optimal. One session typically lasts 60 minutes.
The cost of one 60-minute session is $190. Payment is required at the time of service.
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance, you will incur the full session fee.
